Terms of use.
These terms govern your use of Sprignote's mobile app, website, and related services. By using Sprignote, you agree to them.
Plant information is guidance
Identification results, confidence scores, care suggestions, seasonal guidance, and reminders are informational. They may be incomplete or wrong and are not botanical, agricultural, medical, veterinary, or safety advice. Never consume, handle, treat, or expose another person or animal to a plant based only on Sprignote.
Your account and records
You are responsible for information you add, the security of access to your device and email, and keeping any needed backups. You must not use Sprignote to upload unlawful content, interfere with the service, probe its security, or violate another person's rights.
Free and Premium access
Sprignote may offer free limits and paid Premium features. Current prices, billing periods, trials, renewal terms, and cancellation methods appear in the relevant app store before purchase. Subscriptions renew through the store unless cancelled there. Restoring purchases requires the same store account used to buy them.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Sprignote reliable, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, permanent availability of a particular recognition provider, or error-free results. Features may evolve to improve safety, quality, privacy, or platform compatibility. We will avoid changes that prevent you from reading, exporting, or deleting existing local data without a reasonable transition where practical.
Intellectual property
Sprignote, its branding, interface, and service software belong to Sprignote and its licensors. You retain rights to your photos, notes, and other content. You grant the limited permission necessary to process content only when you request a feature such as identification, backup, sync, or sharing.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Sprignote is provided without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or identification accuracy. Sprignote is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the service or reliance on its plant information. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain intact.
